Chantelle started her career in the UK where she developed a strong understanding and interest in sales and management whilst working in her family owned business. She chose to broaden her experience by relocating to Dubai in 2012 where she joined a company as a conveyancing manager for 4 years, gaining vast knowledge of the UAE’s fast growing real estate market. Chantelle is a valued and experienced team member with myOffice and has a strong understanding of the UAE business industry.
Centre Manager, Bay Square
Francyn is a dynamic, go-getter who started her management career as an operations manager with myOffice Downtown Business Centre from the very first day it opened. Francyn has grown with business as a valued team member and was promoted to Centre Manager, Bay Square 3 years ago. Having handled both operations and sales Francyn has sound knowledge and experience of the serviced office industry.

Girish joined myOffice 3 years ago as part of the operations team for the setup of the Bay Square Business Center. Girsh Successfully achieved a target occupancy of over 89% in a short span of 4 months and was promoted to Centre Manager for Marina Plaza myOffice Business Centre which is the largest facility under the myOffice portfolio.

Girish has diverse international work experience, spanning 4 continents in multiple industries including financial services, manufacturing and trading. With over 10 years experience, his leadership skills in operation and sale are invaluable.
Operations Manager, Boulevard Plaza
Casey joined the myOffice team in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted within a short space of time to Operations Manager of the Downtown Business Centre. Casey is an integral part of the myoffice management team, supporting senior management on strategic and operational projects.
Casey has over 9 years customer service and operational management experience. Prior to joining myOffice Casey worked for Qatar Airways. She is well trained and experienced in providing a high quality service to myoffice clients.
Operations Manager, Marina Plaza
Mercy is a master communicator and strategic thinker with a strong and positive attitude towards her work. She is located in the Marina Plaza Business Centre and is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Before joining myOffice, Mercy worked in the 5 Star Hospitality Industry as a Customer Service and Guest Relations professional. She has impeccable attention to detail and has great time management skills giving our clients a high level of comfort and reliability.
Syed Yasir Shah
Business Support Executive
Yasir is responsible for managing myOffice clients business setup logistics Licensing to PRO Services. Yasir has in-depth knowledgeable of the local UAE Government requirements for new business. He is committed to offering the best tailor-made solutions for our clients.
Yasir has completed his M.B.A from the Institute of Management, a leading and internationally recognized Business School in Pakistan. He has been with the myOffice for over 5 years and is a true asset to the myOffice business team.
HR & Quality Assurance
Lauren joined myOffice as Office Supervisor in 2014 and was promoted to a Human Resources and Quality Assurance role.
Lauren has a background from the hospitality industry in the UK and quickly excelled into a Leadership role before moving to Dubai. She has been with the myOffice team for the last 3 years and has a great career progression with the company.
Financial Accountant, Boulevard Plaza
Kamran has been a part of the myOffice team since 2014 and is the Head of Accounts at the Downtown Business Centre Head Office. He is responsible for handling all internal and client financial matters and has knowledge of the UAE accounting system especially with the new VAT laws that have been implemented.
Kamran has over 12 years in-depth accounting experience and is responsible for implementation and maintenance of policies & procedures related to the finance and administration departments.
Financial Accountant, Marina Plaza
Muhammad is a dynamic financial accountant at the myOffice Business Centre Marina Plaza, managing a portfolio of clients and handling day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts receivable activities. He is also responsible for monthly financial and management reporting.
Muhammad is a qualified chartered accountant with an MBA in financial management. He has international exposure of working in UK before he moved to the UAE 2 years ago.
